When packages are shipped, tracking numbers are given. You'll receive an email with a tracking code once they've shipped. The website for order tracking

For some shipping Carrier, it takes 5-7 business days for the system to refresh with new tracking data. Please get in touch with us if your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information available for your tracking number.
Usually, we respond within few hours or based on the different time zones, it takes less than 24 hours.
Products can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase because our aim is to pack and send out orders as soon as possible. In order to execute your request to cancel, you must also include the proper order number.
You can change delivery address, skins design , volume of order by contacting us within 12 hours.
